This year the public May Pole dance will return for the first time since 2019! After the main performance (around 7:15 AM), audience members can take part in a dance which weaves colorful ribbons on to our May Pole.

The festivities will include lots of Morris dancing, an original Mumming play, spring flowers and the May Day song. This year’s Morris teams are Thornden Morris and the Bassett Street Hounds.
