Qigong is a mind, body & spirit integrative exercise. There are many different kinds of qigong practices (taiji form movements are one kind of qigong exercise). General benefits of regular practice are to maintain and restore health, achieve quality longevity, and realize spiritual awareness. Medical research has reported that qigong practices reduce pain and stress while improving immune function, sleep quality, flexibility, strength, and balance. Qigong can be practiced anywhere, by people of all ages and physical abilities. Come and experience this vital exercise!
Debra Lee Gertz is a licensed acupuncturist and will teach quigong.
