Tapping: Emotional Acupressure
Monday, June 27, at 6 p.m.

Tapping is an energy method that uses meridians of the body in the same way that acupuncture and acupressure uses these points to align the organs of the body to promote their optimum function. Tapping is defined as emotional acupressure. This class will teach the basic tapping sequences of gently tapping on meridian points of the head and neck to relieve common concerns such as anxiety, fears, or other debilitating emotions. Tapping can also be used to relieve chronic pain. It is not invasive, needs no special equipment, and causes no pain. It can be applied to the self and is easily taught to others.

Dolores Card has taught metaphysical principles and doctrines through classes, seminars, and workshops, as well as Reiki certification, for 25 years. She is a Reiki master, ecumenical minister, and spiritual advisor. Her professional career included working with victims of sexual assault at the Syracuse Rape Crisis Center for 15 years.
