Beginner Yoga Class

This yoga class is beginner-friendly and usually themed to promote self-discovery. It often begins with a guided meditation and ends with a short gratitude practice. All are welcome! Wear comfortable clothing. Equipment will be provided.
Classes are being led by Chelsea No, a certified yoga instructor and the CEO and founder of CollectiveSELF, a wellness platform focused on mindfulness, love, abundance, authenticity, and healing.
