Originally born in Senegal, Aly Wane is a community activist who has worked with the Syracuse Peace Council, the American Friends Service Committee, the Alliance of Communities Transforming Syracuse, and the Workers’ Center of Central CNY, among other organizations.  He is a graduate of Le Moyne College. Wane will deliver a lecture concerning citizenship in the United States and globally.
