The evening before the WNA Halloween Dog Parade!
Come and join neighbors to clean up our streets and sidewalks. Litter tongs and buckets available at 5pm sharp, but not after.
If you don’t need formalities or gear, then handle your favorite block, and maybe we’ll see you out there!
