Who: Moms and Dads
and other caregivers with a child
ages 3-10 (Please, each child must
attend with at least one adult.)

Why: Explore how learning to read
begins at home and how families play
an important part in inspiring the love
of reading in children.
The Read and Rise Family Literacy
Event is a great way to bond by
sharing successful read aloud strategies
that can be done at home.
