Edible Flowers

Join us to discuss the growing, harvesting, and using of edible flowers in your food. We will highlight the use of edible flowers in all aspects of menus, and discuss their tastes, smells, and growing habits. We’ll also go over non-edible flowers and the precautions for safe choices in eating flowers. Presented by Lynne Romeiser Logan, a retired physical therapist and researcher. Lynne has gardened since childhood and completed her Master Gardener Volunteer requirements in 2024. She has lectured on garden topics, ikebana, and professional topics, and loves teaching people new skills.
