Picture Frame Decorating

Need a one-of-a-kind piece for your room? Or a last-minute gift? Stop by Petit to decorate your own picture frame! All materials will be provided, including 4×6 inch picture frames, paint, magazines, beads, and gems. Participants can also print one color photo on cardstock free of charge for their frame.
