Westcott Community Center
Children and Adults of all Ages are Welcome
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
-Have you always wanted to play chess, but never had time to learn?
-Would your children or grandchildren like to play chess?
-Are you looking for an activity that builds mental discipline, strengthens memory, builds emotional stamina and provides a rewarding social opportunity?
Chess is easy to learn, and chess sets are inexpensive. Playing chess is both challenging and fun. Children and adults who play chess will meet people from all walks of life. Chess is the great equalizer, meaning that age, size, gender, race, and
income do not matter over a chess board.
