What is Tomorrow’s Neighborhoods Today (TNT)?
It’s organized as a non-profit, city launched, city sponsored, and city funded, but it’s intended to be citizen led.
There is a citywide board and eight neighborhood sectors, each functioning as a forum for regular exchanges between the citizenry, neighborhood leaders, and elected or appointed officials.
The Eastside Sector is fairly close to being the same as the Southeastern Quadrant DPW Yard Waste Pickup Zone in Syracuse — all cityside areas south of Route 690 and east of the current Route 81.
Everyone who lives, works, or owns property in this Eastside area is a member of the Eastside TNT and is welcome to speak and vote at all such meetings.
Eastside TNT’s meetings are usually the second Tuesday of each month, excluding late summers.
Visit TNT’s web pages for more info:
And email <hello@tomorrowsneighborhoodstoday.org> to be added to the Eastside Sector’s email list.
