BRRRR. That was one cold and satisfying work session! The weeds slipped out of the earth with the gentlest of pulls. The pile of weeds for two hours work is quiet impressive thanks to Kate Auwaerter, Athena Mandros, Debbie Webster, Melanie Fullerton, Miranda Hine and Cindy Swaat. We got the front of all the Lily Pond beds done and started working on the jungle in the rear. On Friday, June 24 we have a large group of Maxwell’s Mandela Scholars volunteering. With their help we hope to get the Lily Pond finished and move onto the Herb Garden.
