The Westcott neighborhood has always been known for it’s diverse, progressive, and socially conscious community. With so much talk recently in American politics- pushing a language of division and promoting a fear of the other, members of the Westcott and Syracuse community have teamed up with local University landlord Ben Tupper (rentfromben.com) to organize this fundraising event. Come dance, boogie, and hear about progressive causes in our city. All profits will be donated to Syracuse area groups that have been on the forefront of the fight against racism, sexism, poverty, pollution, and domestic violence in our city.
