This house seems a little larger than some of the others on the street, and tradition has it that this belonged to the builder/developer of neighboring houses. It has a few distinctive features including paired gabled dormers which create a lively and variegated roof line. The points of the gables are accentuated by the placement of small diamond-shaped windows immediately below.
