The two-story Spanish Eclectic style residence has a hipped roof covered with straight-barrel Mission tiles. The main entrance is situated on the primary/south elevation within a partially enclosed entry vestibule. This was the home of Jacob Fleischman and family, owners of Fleischman Furniture.
