This handsome architect-designed house takes a traditional Foursquare plan with hipped roof and varies the pattern with an asymmetrical entrance and façade projections, different size windows, and a dramatic dormer projecting through the front roof section and eave. The house appears to be built of concrete, though the structure may be stucco over wood frame or brick. Some similar houses can be seen in the Berkeley Park neighborhood, at least one of which was designed by Ward Wellington Ward.
