These are essentially twin houses, with the exception of the roofs – 123 has a gable facing the street and a smaller pediment above the off-center front projecting bay, while the roof of 127 slopes toward the street and includes a large dormer. The off-center projecting bays hark back to the asymmetrically projecting towers of the Queen Anne style. Both houses have their main entrances on the west side. Their front porches are only accessible from inside. 127 has also been re-sided with aluminum.
