This handsome 1920s colonial Revival house is typical of the times, when broad houses were inserted into narrow lots so that their intended fronts became their sides. Like many others in the neighborhood this house has its chimney and a porch facing the street. Here, however, a slight gambrel roof is used with a triple- light dormer, and the instead of columns the porch is supported with wooden piers. There is no prominent entrance. The side door Entered from the driveway is on ground
Level and quite modest. As a sign that this houses is built in the automobile age, one can see that the garage was built contemporaneously with the house and in the same style.
