Sarah is a Certified Cheese Professional and award-winning Cheesemonger. In this class, you’ll taste and learn to pair four artisan cheeses with the late summer bounty of fruits and vegetables, showcasing how to “eat the rainbow” and bring more color – and flavor – to your meals.
