This one-and-one-half-story, stucco Prairie style residence has a hipped, asymmetrical roof with broad eaves. The main entry is located on the principal/west elevation with a hipped-roof portico supported by massive stucco-clad piers. In the very front is a wood openwork gateway that recalls the wooden piers used on the Scottholm entrance gates at East Genesee Street and Scottholm Boulevard (Stop 1).
