Westcott Neighborhood Association 3rd Annual Halloween Dog Parade

All your furry friends are invited to strut their stuff at the Westcott Neighbothood Association 3rd Annual Halloween Dog Parade. zmrry up at the Petit parking lot and join the 1/2 mile procession around the neighborhood. The Second Line Syracuse Brass Band will be serenading everyone while they walk. After the parade, return to the library for treats – for dogs and humans!
