Join Dr Graeme Eddolls, a postdoctoral researcher at Syracuse University Center for Gravitational Wave Astronomy & Astrophysics, to learn all about how a collaboration of 1200+ international scientists, including some here in Syracuse, build scientific instruments to detect gravitational waves. No prior knowledge of physics is required for this event and Dr Eddolls will spend time after his short presentation answering any and all questions from the audience.
