Ayurvedic Masala Spice Grind

Come and make beautiful, seasonal masala with Naomi & Brian Kenealy of Elemental Ayurveda and Polarity Center of Syracuse. This session begins with a short guided meditation to awaken your senses, leading into a spice grinding and mixing activity, and finally a demonstration on how to incorporate the spices into a lovely seasonal snack. Show your mind and soul some love by learning about the healing qualities of spices and how you can use them in your kitchen as both medicine and flavoring.
