TEEN PROGRAM – Sharpie Tie-Dye Bandanas

Teens in our Summer Reading Program can register for this fun and easy activity, where they will create a design on a plain cotton handkerchief. They will then see their design spring to life when, with the addition of a few drops of rubbing alcohol, their designs will spread and create something unique. Space is limited. Registration is required.
