Westcott Neighborhood Association 3rd Annual Halloween Dog Parade

Hosted by: Westcott Neighborhood Association and Petit Branch Library

All your furry friends are invited to strut their stuff at the Westcott Neighborhood Association’s thrid annual Halloween Dog Parade. Featuring live music by Syracuse Second Line – A New Orleans style brass band.
We’ll gather at Petit Branch Library parking lot and make our way for a 1/2 mile procession in the neighborhood. After the parade, everyone is invited back to the library for cider and donuts generously donated by The Summit Federal Credit Union.

Live local music at this event is made possible with funds from the CNY Arts Grants for Regional Arts and Cultural Engagement regrant program thanks to a New York State Senate Initiative supported by the NYS Legislature, the Office of the Governor and administered by the New York State Council on the Arts.
