This small house was built by Ward Wellington Ward for George Wilson, for whom Ward would soon build the Sherbrooke Apartments on Walnut Ave. In 1914. George Wilson was an officer in the Wilson Bros. Lumber Company, and later president of the Wilson and Greene Lumber Company.
