This lot was formerly part of the property fronting onto Scottholm boulevard. The low house, with two projecting wings is one of the newest houses in Scottholm. The two-car garage is the most prominent feature of the design – a common development in suburban houses since the 1980s, but unheard of when Scottholm was first developed. Still, the low profile of the house does not much disrupt the pre-World War II aesthetic of Scott Avenue.
